1. Lesson Booking
All lesson bookings are subject to instructor availability. Bookings may be made by phone, WhatsApp, or via the website contact form. Confirmation of a booking does not guarantee a particular lesson time until confirmed by an instructor.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged at the full lesson rate. In exceptional circumstances, we will use discretion.
3. Payment
Lessons must be paid for in advance or on the day of the lesson as agreed with the instructor. Block booking discounts are non-refundable once the first lesson in the block has been taken.
4. Learner Responsibilities
The learner must hold a valid provisional driving licence for the category of vehicle being driven. The learner must inform One Road Driving of any medical conditions or eyesight issues that may affect their ability to drive safely.
5. Instructor Conduct
All One Road Driving instructors are DVSA registered and DBS checked. Any concerns about instructor conduct should be reported to us directly and will be investigated promptly.
6. Liability
One Road Driving carries appropriate insurance for driving tuition. We are not liable for the outcome of the driving test itself, as this is assessed independently by DVSA examiners.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
